Fit-Out Project Management in Dubai

We provide project management for fit-out work in Dubai, either as a standalone service or alongside our design and fit-out team. We plan schedules, monitor costs, coordinate contractors and consultants, and supervise on-site work. You receive progress updates throughout the project, followed by quality checks, snagging and handover.

Keep Your Project Moving

A fit-out can stall when decisions, deliveries and site work fall out of step. We keep track of the schedule and budget, coordinate the people involved, and check progress on site. You can bring us in to manage an existing team or use this service alongside our fit-out work.

What Our Project Management Covers

Project Planning & Scheduling

We set out the work, key dates and responsibilities before the project begins. As work progresses, we update the schedule when decisions, approvals or deliveries affect the order of tasks.

Budget & Cost Control

We track project spending against the agreed budget and review proposed changes before they are approved. You can see where costs stand and make decisions before additional work goes ahead.

Contractor, Vendor & Consultant Coordination

We coordinate the people responsible for design, supply and construction. This includes sharing the information they need, following up on decisions and checking that their work fits the project schedule.

Site Supervision

We visit the site to check progress against the drawings and schedule. When a site issue arises, we speak with the relevant team, agree on the action needed and follow up on the work.

Quality Assurance

We check completed work against the agreed drawings, specifications and finishes. If something needs correcting, we record it and follow up with the responsible contractor before it becomes part of the handover.

Reporting, Snagging & Handover

We give you progress updates while work is underway. Near completion, we prepare a snagging list, follow up on outstanding items and coordinate the final handover.

How We Manage Your Project

01

Review the Project

We review the drawings, scope, budget and target dates with you. We also check which contractors and consultants are already appointed and where you need Measure Interiors to take responsibility.

02

Set the Schedule & Budget

We break the work into stages and set dates for decisions, site work and deliveries. We agree on a budget to track costs as the project moves forward.

03

Coordinate the Team

We share the schedule and project information with contractors, vendors and consultants. When a decision affects another team’s work, we follow it up with everyone involved.

04

Supervise Site Work

We check progress on site against the drawings and schedule. If work is delayed or a site condition needs a decision, we raise it with the relevant team and track the response.

05

Report on Progress and Costs

We update you on completed work, upcoming tasks and spending against the budget. We also flag proposed changes so you can review their cost and effect on the schedule.

06

Complete Snagging and Handover

We check the finished work and prepare a list of items that need attention. We follow up on those items with the contractors before coordinating the handover.

Why Choose Measure Interiors for Project Management

Over 20 Years of UAE Project Experience

We have worked on interior projects across the UAE for more than two decades. That experience helps us understand the practical demands of different spaces, from working around an occupied office to preparing a space for a new business.

Support That Fits Your Team

You can appoint us for project management alone, even if another company designed the space or will carry out the work. We define our role around the team you already have and the responsibilities you want us to take on.

Design and Fit-Out Knowledge

Our work in design and fit-out gives us a practical view of what a project requires on site. We can discuss drawings, materials and installation details with the people doing the work, then explain their implications to you.

Your Decisions Stay With You

You remain involved in decisions about costs, changes and finishes. We bring you the relevant information and explain how each option could affect the project, so you can make a choice before the team proceeds.

One Team for Related Services

If your project also needs design, procurement, authority approvals or fit-out work, those services are available through Measure Interiors. This can make it easier to discuss related decisions with the teams responsible for them.

A Scope Agreed at the Start

Some clients ask us to manage the full fit-out. Others need us to step in for specific parts of the job. We’ll agree on our responsibilities, your contractors’ arrangements and the decisions you want to approve before work begins.

Discuss Your Project’s Requirements

Tell us about your project, the team already involved and where you need management support. We’ll review the scope and discuss whether you need a standalone service or support alongside our fit-out work.
